Professor Lin has a Ph.D. in higher education, an M.B.A. in information science, and a B.A. in liberal arts. He has been a member of the Buffalo State faculty for over 20 years, with about a dozen years of industry experience prior to joining the faculty.
Professor Lin's primary academic concentrations in the major are systems analysis, microcomputer applications, project management, electronic commerce, and internships. He also teaches the computer fundamentals course for non-majors. His practical research centers on fostering closer partnerships between higher education and industry, and on e-commerce trends.
